If you have customers that are behind on their utility payments that qualify for NM Home Fund support, we can help. Individual customers may apply directly, but we have also established a process for bulk payments so that you can submit information on behalf of multiple customers at once and get paid faster.

To start the bulk payment process, you’ll need to contact our team so we can collect the information and documentation needed for the bulk payment process. You’ll also be assigned a bulk agent to work with you and address any of your questions.

Once you send that information, we’ll follow up with you with any additional information and documentation needed for the bulk payment process. You’ll also be assigned a bulk agent to work with you and address any of your questions.
